Jemez Angel Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for feral cats throughout the Jemez Valley through TNR (trap, neuter and release) to end the suffering caused by overpopulation. We also endeavor to reduce the feral colony population by finding loving homes for adoptable kittens.
Our team is composed of compassionate volunteers who share their time and talents to improve the wellbeing of cats and kittens in the Jemez Valley. Board members include:
Our organization relies on community support and volunteers like you. We are now accepting adoption and foster applications, donations, and volunteers.
Since we started our rescue in 2020, we have proudly facilitated nearly 1,000 adoptions.
We have spayed/neutered 1,200 feral cats in northern New Mexico since 2020.
In 2023, we covered approximately $60,000 of veterinary expenses and supplies for rescued cats.
Your support will enable us to provide spay/neuter services and basic veterinary care to feral cats and kittens.
The easiest ways to support our cause are through supply donations and financial contributions. Help us provide food and shelter for unhoused cats and kittens in the Jemez Valley by shopping our Chewy wish list!
